Udaan Society is a not-for- profit organisation started in 2011. We are focusing on working in better rural education cause. For all disclosure and legal information click here

  Adopted 712 children begging on the streets in Ajmer in three different centres These children live with their parents who are either daily wage labourers or unemployed in makeshift houses made of tin or tarpaulin. They have no house of their own.
• 
  Got their documentation done and got them admitted in Government school Kayad, Ajmer and Government school Panchseel, Ajmer.
• 
  UDDAN Society has arranged two buses and a Van to take these children to their respective schools to and fro. They get the midday meal from the school itself.
• 
  After the school hours these children are picked up from their doorstep and brought to my house to teach them. The top floor of the house has been converted to a makeshift classroom to accommodate them.
• 
  21 teachers employed by the UDDAN Society teach these children after school hours for two hours daily to ensure that they do not lag behind in their studies.
• 
  These children have now stopped begging as they are busy during the school hours and later at my residence studying with the help of the teachers.
• 
  The expenses concerning their two-time meals (breakfast and evening meal), clothing and other day to day expenses are borne by the UDDAN Society.

From your location- You can donate your skills either from the comfort of your home by helping us in various activities such as but not limited to legal, financial, social media marketing, branding, blog, video, photography , HR, Fund raising etc.

At StudyMall project location -You can travel to our project location as per your convenience and cost to undertake any beneficial workshop for the StudyMall children.

If you have specific idea regarding helping us feel free to write us and we will try to accommodate your request.

We believe “Life is about making an impact, not making an income”, you will get immense satisfaction of helping a rural child have chance of better education facility.
Also depending on your donation you will be eligible for tax exemption, appreciation Certificate and chance to be part of our family. We do provide other appreciation goodies depending on our campaigns and terms and conditions.

As a registered organization we have to maintain all our financial and otherwise all records for audits.
We are more than happy to resolve any query or question you have for your donation may it be financial or non-financial.

Our team manages Udaan society which includes but not limited to set of core members such as our President Sunil Jose and Secretary Dr. Alok Garg .

Our team consists of young passionate individuals from different professional background but who are born and bought up in rural areas. They all have common passion that is to give back to society by working to improve poor educational infrastructure in terms of academic development, career options, personal growth and skills in rural parts.

Our team also consists of local volunteers (at village level) helping in day to day activities. Our team also consists of volunteers based in cities and internationally, who help us in various activities such as marketing, legal, photography etc.
